Want to make money from junk? Well you can. Honestly! There are many ways to do this that you may not be aware of. Below are just some of the things you may have laying around in your shed or garage that you can recycle for cash.

Copper

Are you having a new central heating system fitted in your property? Did you know that an average copper cylinder boiler has a scrap value of between 35 and 50 pounds depending on the daily metal prices. Along with the old pipe work that will be replaced, you could make a tidy sum from your old central heating system. So do not let the heating engineer make the money. Simply take the copper to your nearest scrap metal dealer for cash.
 

Aluminium

Old window frames, a scrap car engine block, a shed full of unwanted bikes, car alloy wheels, even saving all your drink cans. These are all sources of aluminium.
