How It Works

1. Get a Quote – Use our quick and easy online form or call us on 0800 988 3061 to get an instant collection quote.

If you like it, you can book a day and 2 hour collection window that suits you.

2. Team’s Dispatched – On the day of your collection, we will text you 20 – 30 minutes before our friendly, uniformed and professional team arrive, so you’ll know they are on the way to you.

3. On Arrival – Once our team arrive, simply direct them to what needs to be collected and they’ll quickly and carefully remove it from your premises, whether inside our out.

You don’t have to lift a finger, as we do all the lifting, shifting and loading.

4. We Recycle – Once loading is complete, we’ll take your items away and rehome or recycle everything we’ve collected, with nothing going to landfill.

After every job, we follow up with an email asking for any feedback on the collection experience you had.
